Born in Greenville, SC and raised in Dracut, MA and Hudson, NH, David graduated from Bethlehem College & Seminary in Minneapolis, Minnesota, in 2014 with the intention of pursuing a career in church ministry. However, upon graduation, an unexpected opportunity led him to begin his career in sales at a family-owned manufacturer where he cut his teeth in sales where he learned to sell one of the world’s most underappreciated commodities: pallets, both wooden and plastic.

In 2017, David moved back to Boston as a native New Englander and began his venture into commercial real estate. After only a few short years of learning the industry, David successfully won and completed a range of real estate assignments, achieving production awards like the CoStar Power Broker in 2020 and 2021. Some of this success along with support from clients and industry colleagues propelled David to the next chapter of his career.

In 2023, David founded Prescott with the vision of creating a company that operates with the values of Honor, Purpose, Generosity, and Joy. Prescott focuses on transactions in Industrial real estate with a particular focus on IOS (Industrial Outdoor Storage). David was also awarded the honor of becoming a designee of SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) in 2024 and is an active participant in that community.Some of David’s clients have included: Amazon Logistics, United Rentals Inc, The F.W. Webb Company, Granite City Electric, Turtle & Hughes, Mazzotta Rentals, E.L. Harvey / Waste Connections, Polar Beverage, and others.
