Prescott IOS arranges large-scale Industrial Outdoor Storage new construction lease-up at 11 Otis Street, Westborough MA

Westborough, MA — Prescott IOS announced the successful lease-up of a newly constructed 35,000 SF building situated on 5.25 acres at 11 Otis Street, Westborough, Massachusetts, to two tenants before construction was completed.

DPR Construction, a publicly traded construction management firm, leased the 20,000 SF on ~2.25 acres and was represented by Jordan Sneider of JBS Commercial.

Doug Curtiss Landscape committed to the remainder of the site through a direct transaction with Prescott IOS, taking 15,000 SF on ~3 acres.
